Workamper Opportunities

We are seeking kind, collaborative, hard-working host couples who are eager to work a few hours a day supporting our small, rustic, and nature-filled campground. The rest of your time can be spent relaxing and enjoying the spectacular Oregon coast! We are steps away from one of the most beautiful (and often secluded) beaches in Oregon. From fishing, crabbing, and foraging to hiking, surfing, and mountain biking, this place is an outdoor lover’s dream.

The job involves a blend of office/hospitality work (greeting and communicating with guests, managing reservations on our online property management system, etc.) and maintenance work (cleaning restrooms, trail maintenance, carpentry, pruning/edging, tree work, painting, etc.). Candidates should be able to carry a minimum of 40 lbs. over uneven and steep dirt and gravel trails.

We seek hosts for a 6-month season, either Summer (April–Sept.) and/or Winter (Oct.–March) seasons. Each host typically works 7–10 hours per week, 5 days a week, with more hours in the Summer and fewer in the Winter. Hosts are paid for every hour worked at a competitive hourly rate. All earned wages are taxable. Upon completion of a season, each host receives a bonus.

Hosts are eligible to rent a site at a significant discount, and rent can be deducted from their monthly pay. Based on working the hours above, the monthly pay ends up being slightly more than the site rent. Sites include full hook-ups, fast WiFi, a picnic table, cable TV, a fire ring, and are steps away from amazing ocean views.
